How many installments are allowed?
Upon execution of the offer the buyer will pay a depoit of 4% of the total purchase price, or pay in full the enumerated amount for the said plot number, payment in full will attract a discount of 5% of the total purchase price.
Balance due to the vendor of the total purchase price at signing of the letter does not include the stamp duty to the land registrar and other associated costs, upon transfer and recording of the title in the buyers name or his/her nominee.
The said balance shall be paid in four equal installments.
